Our wholesale distribution is primarily focused on Australia and New Zealand. However, we welcome retailers from other territories to also get in touch. Additionally, we offer an international dropship service for retailers targeting Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours, for delivery within 3-5 days. Back-orders typically deliver within 21 days (we’ll notify you if different).
Orders ship by courier domestically, and Australia Post International Air for international deliveries. No signature is required unless you request it. You’ll receive a dispatch email.
We don’t provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases; please choose carefully. Our sales representatives are always happy to answer your product questions, and we offer free fit tests so that you can try out a new style yourself to be sure it is the right fit for your customers.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, they will be replaced free of charge in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Our “Free Exchanges on New Styles” policy lets you trial new-in styles risk-free; return within 30 days and exchange for other not-previously-purchased style up to the same value (valid for up to 20 units per style).
Orders placed via the website are offers to purchase and are accepted subject to stock confirmation. Payment terms and shipping arrangements are defined per account in your invoicing agreement; typically, we offer 30 day payment terms to most of our retailer partners.
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible as we are unable to make changes once it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel purchases if fraud, error, or breach of Terms is suspected.
Yes—once you have an account, you will be able to access our online sales kits for every brand in our portfolio, including catalogues, e-com imagery, marketing imagery, size charts, logos and more.
While we do not provide product training for retailer staff, our expert sales team can advise on assortment planning—including essential bestsellers—and may be able to arrange an in-store sample showing depending on your location.

We replenish stock frequently. If a size is sold out at the time you place your order, you will be able to see the estimated restock date and can place a back-order. Back-ordered items typically ship within 21 days of ordering.
As a Concept Brands customer, you will have access to our brands’ new season catalogues as soon as they are available, and will be able to pre-order new style launches if you wish to guarantee stock availability.
